I don't know if this is helpful or not, but the reviews would not stop me from booking this hotel. If you are relying on the hotel shuttle, that won't be a problem. So, if you are driving make sure you know exactly where you are going so you don't keep going around incircles like some complained of. The one piece of advice worth heeding is it sounds like it's a little confusing to find. It just seems to be the way the world is now. I am used to store clerks yacking on the phone ignoring customers, etc. It is a delight to find anyone willing to help. I don't know about you, but my expectations for customer service are never high anymore. The person said they ordered food to be delivered and then they were afraid to open the door when the food came? What's that about?Īnother review complained of customer service problems. That has happened to me in better hotels than this. They also complained that they were first given a room that was not cleaned up from the previous guest. I know it can be confusing reading different reviews. Well I have not stayed at the Red Roof Inn, but I can offer a little advice from my experience with Trip Advisor hotel reviews.
